It appears as though Foxconn support ordered a GTX470 to do some troubleshooting. Latest I can see on it is that someone is potentially working on it. A fix would probably come in a BIOS update. Assuming you are not using a large power hungry graphics card…the PSU should be fine providing it is working properly. Though I have seen bad PSUs give the problems you are cmplaining about.
